Floral Bomber...

Hey Guys, hope your all well and looking forward to the Bank Holiday weekend, the thought of 4 days off work is pure bliss to me right now.
I wanted to show you all my latest outfit post featuring this amazing Floral Bomber Jacket sent to me by the lovely ladies over at So in Fashion.
I am mad for a bomber jacket at the moment, my black H&M one does not leave my back so this was a nice, summary alternative.  The pattern is so bold and gorgeous what would be really great is if there was a skirt or short to match, I do love a co-coordinating 2 piece at the moment...

/ Gladiator Sandals - Ebay

What I also loved about this Bomber is that it had quite smart feel to it which I think was due to the fabric. I have gone for my usual street style vibe but could definitely pair this with heels and skinny jeans for a totally different look.

Hope you all enjoy your weekend whatever you get up to!

Gingham Girl...

Happy Friday ya'll!
I am so happy it's the weekend again, lie in tomorrow (literally what Saturday mornings are made for) and a friends birthday celebrations tomorrow night.
I have resisted pub temptations this evening and spent it exercising instead (I know, I know how ridiculous) reason being is that I have a first fitting for my bridesmaid dress Sunday and in my head if I run about a bit and fit in a few sit ups before hand I will be automatically blessed with the body of a goddess in time for Sunday.
Clearly deluded but oh well good intentions and all that.

Onto the outfit... I was recently sent this gingham beauty by the lovely ladies over at In Love With Fashion I loved the length of this jacket and knew it would be the perfect statement piece especially for Summer because of the short sleeves.
added the Burberry scarf as I love a clashing print at the moment, I wish I was brave enough to clash more often!

Wednesday Wants...

I have come to quite like my weekly Wednesday Wants posts, this week is an EBay, Designer and High street medley combining all things I currently desire...

Cycling Short with lace trimHERE
Hexagon SunglassesHERE
Wrist CuffsHERE
Mini Shoulder BagHERE
Moschino PurseHERE
Reebok ClassicsHERE
Motel Co-ordHERE

The pastel trend has been huge this S/S and I for one am a big fan, however I was drawn to this Motel 2 piece as I just loved the cool cosmic print and mixture of colours.  Motel could do some serious damage to my bank balance but you guys needn't fear, just use my offer code atanner and treat yourself to 20% off at the checkout.

I bought these wrist cuffs as they were 99p each and free delivery, yes what a ridiculously cheap purchase god love China.  Cycling shorts are a must for me, I already own a couple of pairs and find they come in handy quite often, I love the lace trim and have visions of styling them with an oversize 90's inspired shirt.
The Trainers need no explanation, I just love the colour of these.
Moschino is one of my favourite luxury brands, this purse is classic and chic and I just need it.  Lastly the hexagon shaped sunglasses, they are another Ebay bargain and I currently don't own anything this shape with obviously means I need them.

Hope you like my Wednesday Want posts, what are you guys lusting after at the moment?

Pink and White...

One day I am head to toe in black and contemplating a scarf and the next I am bare legged, getting the fake tan out and showing shoulder.  I can not cope with British weather.
This outfit was shot a week or so back when the sun decided to make a brief appearance.

I don't need much of an excuse to jump on the all white, pink and floral outfit bandwagon as I am loving some of the head to toe white outfits I have seen lately and so many lush bloggers rocking the pastel trend its starting to have real impact on my bank balance!

With this look I have rolled my love for all things Summer into one! I couldn't help but toughen it up a bit with my chunky cut out boots (Thank you Bank Fashion for giving me a boot that goes with everything!), my obligatory gold chains and a black waist belt.

Pink Top - Carboot / Skirt - Carboot / Vest Top - Topshop / Boots - Bank / Chains - H&M

Most of this outfit is actually carboot bargains from last year, if I remember rightly the top and skirt were a mere 50p each!  I mean that is thrifted fashion at it's best.
The top is vintage and the skirt from Warehouse so as you can imagine I was pretty chuffed with my purchases that day.  I think I am going to get back on the carboot scene and find me some more goodies.

I thought I would also take the opportunity to repeat myself, so here goes!
Please drop me a vote to be nominated for the Company Style Blogger awards under 'Best Fashion Blog' HERE it would genuinely mean the world to me if you did.

Mr T...

Here comes the rain and there goes my chance to prance around in pastel shades and floral prints, boooo to the rubbish weather.
I instantly headed for an all black look this morning this isn't an overally exciting outfit and I have definitely blogged these pieces in previous posts but it's an easy getup for a lazy lunch on a rainy day.  My favourite thing about this outfit is my 'Mr T' style anklet, my gold chain obsession has moved from my neck to my feet for this look.

A Vintage Midi & Company Style Blogger Awards...

Here I am again blogging 2 days in a row, it appears I have far to much to talk about and more outfits I want to show you all.
So this casual day look was an outfit I styled as part of the 'Week in vintage' challenge I was set by Beyond Retro, (keep your eyes peeled for the full post on the challenge coming up on the blog soon).

The Acid Wash Midi skirt is another thrifted bargain and the off the shoulder crop is an ASOS special. I styled the look with my Nikes as trainers are now acceptable to wear with anything these days, I love this as for me right now they are the perfect go to shoe.

As you probably are aware the Company Style Blogger Awards are back!
Now last year I made it down to the final 10 for 'Best Fashion Blog' which was ridiculously unreal and so exciting, so this year I thought I would give it another bash.
So here I am kindly asking *begging* you lovely lot to vote for me under the 'Best Fashion Blog' category, if you like this little old blog then please vote HERE

Wednesday's Wants...

As a self confessed shopaholic, avid blog reader, fashion fan and what ever else you want to call us people who have the constant desire to spend, I of course have endless wants and wishlists.  So here you have this weeks 'Wednesday's Wants'...

(I have the matching skirt so of course I must own the jacket to)
(These are now half price in the sale, so I just had to purchase last night!)

I have a new found love for the colour orange after In Love With Fashion sent me this fabulous dress to review.   It appears I am having an identity crisis between a Grecian goddess and a Roman soldier but I quite like the clash of the sheer, delicate fabric and the chunky gladiator sandal.

These sandals were on my Ebay wish list (which you can see here) and it was love at first sight when they arrived, they also have them in white which might just have to be on my next want list.  The dress I believe speaks for itself, a simplistic but elegant shape with an interesting drape detail at the back, now I just need another sunny day so I get to wear it again!

I hope you have all had a good weekend, I was at my best friends leaving party last night as she is off travelling in a couple of weeks and then spent today at home with the fam for Mothers Day.  I did squeeze in a necessary hungover McDonald's though!

Nothing was the same...

Tuesday night was all about Drake, me and a few mates headed up to the O2 to see our favourite man (no jokes we are obsessed, favourite is me being pretty tame) perform and we even got to party backstage after the show!
Having friends in the right places is always a winner.

A loose top and my trusty bomber jacket makes for a rather casual outfit however I dressed it up slightly with my over the knee boots and my signature chunky gold.  The top was a little to short to be classed as a dress so I wore very sheer tights and cycling shorts underneath, I didn't want any bum flashing going on as I was well aware arms were going to be in the air.

DIY Look - Smart Ripped Jeans

I am obsessing about ripped jeans at the moment but unfortunately with little pennies to splash out on a pair I knew a DIY would have to be the only option.
These are a very old pair of Primark jeans I conveniently found buried at the back of my wardrobe, as they weren't to expensive I didn't mind testing out my scissor skills on them.
I think the contrast of the smart dark denim and the casual-esque rip effect looks quite cool, what do you think...
